Play responsibly at jldbt

Know the limits of fun — jldbt is committed to keeping your betting experience safe and in control. For players aged 21 and above only.

Why is responsible gaming important?

Betting and online casino gaming is a form of entertainment — but if it gets out of control, it can have a negative impact on your personal and family life. jldbt believes that responsible gaming is not just a set of rules; it is our ethical duty toward every player.

Only those aged 21 or above may participate on our platform. From age verification to self-exclusion, deposit limits and time-out features — jldbt provides full support to keep you safe and informed at all times.

The core principles of responsible gaming are: never play expecting a guaranteed win, do not chase losses by placing bigger bets, and do not treat betting as a source of income. It is simply a form of entertainment.

Important notice: Betting can be addictive. If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, please contact our 24/7 live chat immediately or email [email protected]. Our specialist team is always here for you.

Our protection tools

Deposit Limits

You can set the maximum amount you deposit daily, weekly or monthly. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day wait — this protects you from making hasty decisions.

Time-Out Feature

You can take a temporary break from your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. Login will be fully disabled during this period. Your account will be reactivated automatically once the break ends.

Self-Exclusion

Choose self-exclusion for long-term protection. You can close your account for a period ranging from 6 months to permanent. No promotional messages will be sent during the exclusion period and any request to open a new account will be declined.

Age Verification (21+)

jldbt strictly follows a 21+ age policy. Age is verified at registration and in any case where there is doubt. Accounts belonging to underage users are closed immediately and deposited funds are returned.

Activity Review

You can view your betting history, deposit and withdrawal records at any time in your account panel. Analyse your own playing patterns and adjust your limits as needed.

24/7 Support

Chat directly with our Bengali-speaking support team at any time of day or night. Whether you have concerns, notice signs of addiction, or have questions about account limits, we are ready to help immediately.

Signs of problematic gaming

Addictive betting does not always appear suddenly — it gradually becomes a habit. If you or someone close to you shows any of the signs below, seek help right away.

  • Feeling a repeated urge to place larger bets in order to recover money you have lost.
  • Repeatedly trying to stop betting but failing each time.
  • Feeling restless, irritable or anxious when not betting.
  • Hiding your betting activity from family and friends.
  • Viewing betting as a way to cover expenses or repay debts.
  • Betting negatively affecting your work, studies or relationships.
  • A tendency to borrow money from others or steal in order to bet.
  • Viewing betting as the only way to relieve stress or depression.

If you notice one or more of the above signs in yourself, it may be an indication of problematic betting. Do not feel ashamed or afraid — contact us today and our trained team will support you with complete confidentiality.

4 steps to stay safe

01

Set a budget

Decide how much money you will spend before you start betting. Only use money that, if lost, will have no impact on your daily life.

02

Stick to a time limit

Set a time limit before each session. When the time is up, take a break — go for a walk or spend time with your family.

03

Use limit tools

Keep jldbt's deposit limit and time-out features active. These tools give practical support to your own decisions.

04

Seek help when needed

If you notice a problem, let us know via live chat or email. Activate self-exclusion if necessary — it is not a sign of weakness, it is a courageous decision.

Age policy and underage protection

jldbt operates strictly for those aged 21 and above. This is not just a legal requirement — we believe that the influence of betting on an immature mind can cause lasting harm.

Age verification is mandatory when opening an account. For any suspicious account, we may request a national identity card or birth registration certificate. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

If there are minors in your household, use password protection on your device and do not leave your account logged in. Using parental control software is recommended.

Parental Controls

Install parental control software on family devices and restrict access to your jldbt account.

Password Security

Use a strong password and never share it with anyone — especially younger members of your household.

Responsible transaction policy

The minimum deposit at jldbt is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. These limits themselves create a responsible gaming framework that discourages large impulsive transactions.

Withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. While fast withdrawals are available, we advise against placing your winnings straight back as bets — consider saving them instead.

Before every transaction, ask yourself: if I lose this money, will it affect my family's basic needs? If the answer is yes, refrain from betting.
